Hazardous Waste Incineration Process

  • Feeding System

Open the blower to clean residual gas and other flammable and explosive gas. Then open induced draft fan.

After five minutes later, the combustion fuel – natural gas will be transported to combustion chamber by flue and lighted by ignition device. The heat makes temperature rise up in the incinerator and second combustion chamber.

The hazardous waste is transported to the top of incinerator by water cooled hydraulic device.

  • Hazardous Waste Incineration System

The most appropriate temperature for incineration is 800℃. In this process, water content evaporates. And some materials are generated, including volatile matter, gas, waste smoke and residue. The residue is discharged by discharging system in the end of incinerator.

The waste gas enters into second combustion chamber to burn again when temperature reaches to 1100℃. This procedure makes the incineration more sufficient. Therefore, the purpose of smokeless, odorless and non-secondary pollution can be achieved.

  • Smoke Purifying System

After coming out from second combustion chamber, waste smoke goes into waste heat exchange device to heat soft water. Meanwhile, the ash in the smoke will be precipitated.

Smoke goes to reheating device. After heated to above 130℃ by high-temperature steam gas, it is discharged through chimney.
